Congratulations, you've made it to the next step! :-D

Very few people actually get this far, and even less make it to the next stage. Many just are not that serious, some don't follow instructions, and others just are honest and don't feel that we are a great fit for each other.

My goal is to make sure we are a great fit and that both of our ideals and values align so we don't waste our time if we're not a good fit.

That being said, I have another task for your to complete before we move to the next round ;-)

So here’s one more task before we go to the interview round.

This one is FUN.

We need you to send us a VIDEO…

A video of you, sharing with us the answers to the following questions…

Why are you a good fit for us?
Why do you want to work for us?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

-> for at least “5” minutes. FIVE.

Why is this important?

Because we need to see your verbal communication skills...a vital role of this position is to have conversations with our clients and potential clients to answer their questions, "put them at ease," help break the ice in awkward situations and help them understand how we can help, and we'll be meeting on Zoom regularly so think of this like a pre-interview, interview, without the pressure! :-D

SO, this task is all about you showing us that you have no problems using video, technology and "connecting."

Specifically please answer the questions above and also share 3 unique things about yourself that might not come across in your resume and...

Please share with me how your work and life experiences have prepared you for this role in our company and... :-D

Not everyone will do this task, most people don't - and yet EVERYONE who DOES this step will be at the top of the list to be asked for an interview.
